costing Rs. 22 crores at Belapur for CIDCO, and Rs 25 crore at Nerul, construction of railway station building complex at Sanpada.  Construction of 4 lane road over bridge on Belapur-Panvel railway line on NHB4B near Khandeshwar FOB on expressway near Juinagar railway station.  Construction 5000 nos one room tenement Housing projects for Nagari Nivara Parishad trust at Malad (E) costing Rs 150 crores.  Construction of 2614 one room flats and 5 towers (G+7), 6 towers (S+18) for Shivshahi Punarvasan Prakalp at Goregaon (East) costing Rs 150 crores.

Doubling of railway lines between Khodri Konsara, Tumsar - Nagpur.  Anappan - Katani Katni - Beohari new line 105Km long.  Major yard remodelling at Bilaspur. (1963 – 1971).

Responsibilities : Doubling of Railway lines between Gondia and Nagpur. Construction of Marshalling yard at Bhilai and Raurkela. (1959 – 1962)
